With the arrival of the countrys 23rd "Safe Production Month" this year, our company has responded actively by launching a series of in-depth safety management initiatives. Our goal is to strengthen safety responsibilities, improve the safety competence of all employees, and effectively prevent production accidents. Through these activities, we have achieved remarkable results, significantly enhancing both safety awareness and emergency response capabilities among our staff.
Safety Awareness: Deeply Rooted in Hearts and Minds
In the second quarter, we conducted safety education activities in various formats, including thematic safety studies and accident warning sessions.
Expert Training: We invited fire safety experts to conduct on-site lectures, analyzing typical cases in depth. These vivid examples and profound lessons helped employees truly understand the critical importance of safe production.
Online Assessment: We combined training with online quizzes to reinforce learning outcomes, ensuring every employee deeply understands and complies with national safety laws and fire safety management requirements.
"Safety Talks": We organized a "Safety Production Discussion" to encourage employees to share their own experiences and lessons learned. Using the method of "teaching through cases", we enabled staff to learn safety knowledge from real-world scenarios.
Proactive Reporting: We actively advocated for employees to promptly report safety hazards and cooperate with rectification efforts, working together to maintain a safe production environment.

Practical Drills: Enhancing Skills
To improve employees emergency response capabilities, we organized practical demonstrations on fire extinguisher usage.
Hands-on Training: Through on-site demonstrations and explanations, employees learned the correct usage methods and precautions for fire extinguishers.
Random Drills: We randomly selected employees to participate in live drills to ensure that everyone could master the operational skills.
Fire Response: We also provided training on the emergency handling of initial stage fires, ensuring that employees can respond quickly and effectively in case of a fire accident.

The implementation of this "Safe Production Month" series has not only improved safety awareness and emergency skills but has also further promoted our safety culture.
In our future work, we will continue to adhere to the principle of "Everyone talks about safety; everyone knows how to handle emergencies." We will integrate the concept of safe production into every aspect of our work. Furthermore, we will continuously improve our safety management systems and emergency response plans, strengthen safety inspections and hazard investigations, and ensure our companys safety situation remains stable and positive.
Let us join hands to build a safety culture and create a safer, more stable environment for the companys development!
