This unit is primarily designed for the secondary hemming process.    

The Double-Hemming Mechanism is a specialized solution engineered to tackle the complexity of hemming processes for automotive body panels. Adopting this mechanism effectively streamlines the process steps and significantly reduces the spatial footprint of bending mechanisms within the mold.

Key Features of the Double-Hemming Mechanism:

1.Compact Footprint: A single mechanism satisfies the requirements for two bending operations, resulting in a much smaller occupation of mold space.

2.Stable Retraction: Equipped with nitrogen gas springs for return, ensuring a more stable and reliable mechanism retraction.
